Factory-based recirculating aquaculture system will be an important model for future aquaculture
The problems existing in the development of factory-based recirculating aquaculture in my country are mainly limited by factors such as economic strength, product market, breeding species, breeding scale, economic benefit ratio, etc. Subjectively, they are also limited by farmers' mastery of breeding technology and the use of advanced technology. The efficiency of the seawater biological purification system needs to be improved, and efficient biological purification devices need to be researched to reduce the size of the purification facility and stabilize the purification effect; it is necessary to establish an optimized equipment system, a stable biological purification system, a necessary digital monitoring system, a complete breeding process and a management expert system based on system model research, so that the equipment system can achieve efficient utilization. The main methods of shrimp farming are ponds and high-level ponds. During the breeding process, there are certain requirements for water quality and algae phase stability. High-level shrimp ponds have weak self-purification capabilities, and the discharge of sediments has a direct impact on the environment. It is necessary to build an appropriate shrimp recirculating aquaculture system to achieve stable water quality, improve nutrient utilization efficiency, improve water utilization, and control discharge requirements. Traditional farming methods, such as pond farming and cage farming, have disadvantages such as large area, limited area suitable for farming, environmental pollution, vulnerability to geographical and climatic conditions, and production reduction due to natural disasters. The increasingly serious environmental problems and product safety issues make it difficult to achieve sustainable development. At present, the breeding species suitable for factory farming are very limited. The main species of marine culture are limited to plaice and plaice. The mainstream species of freshwater culture have not yet emerged. Freshwater culture is the main body of fish breeding in my country. The lack of freshwater circulating aquaculture species directly restricts the development of freshwater factory circulating water. Therefore, in the absence of strict environmental protection regulations and breeding licensing systems in my country, factory farming does not have economic advantages as a whole, but it has significant comprehensive advantages in certain areas and can be prioritized for rapid development. However, most pond farms in my country have problems such as backward infrastructure and serious pond siltation. There is an urgent need to use some practical and mature technologies and concepts in circulating water aquaculture to comprehensively improve the pond aquaculture infrastructure and realize the transformation of the pond aquaculture model into a sustainable development direction.
